G Data (Germany) has released a GnuPGP Plug-In for Outlook
binaries & source code

Is there a chance that we will have a Plug-In for TB! soon, too?
TB! won't support PGP 7.x and up (and has good reasons not to do so).
And I'd prefer a broad base (like GnuPGP) in comparison to the
proprietary
implementation that Ritlabs offers for TheBat!.
