Correct. But what would you expect The Bat! to do?
You set a password, you will not be able to access the account until
the password is given to The Bat! in any manner.
What would be the issue of a protecting password if you could access
the account with only giving one 'to focus on' folder in command line.

So you have to decide: either disable the account-access password, or
open The Bat! and enter the password, even is a focus is given, or
open The Bat! automatically and risk the compromising of your data by
giving the password on command line.

You _can't_ have all three, or even two of them. Either protection or
luxury.
