Use another browser - Opera.

AFAIK, it's not TB! needing this key, but the design of IE and NS. But
I am not quite sure. I have the problem that on my system sometimes I
can't launch any URL from within TB! (or other applications). At the
moment it looks as if a frozen GetRight and a frozen Automachron are
the culprits, but TB! is not yet let loose ...
