The original version I tried long time ago still can be found here: ftp://ftp.midisa.pptus.rt.ru/pub/users/midisa/kartoteka/new.zip Apparently, there was a newer version released since then: http://www.midisa.com/eng/cgi-bin/soft/full.cgi?notebook but unfortunately the download link is disabled due to monthly traffic usage limitations...
