A couple of problems this end: 1) Installed a Thawte e-mail certificate but it does not work. In following the import into Bat the entire "Edit Personal Certificates" functionality in Accounts, Preferences vanished completely! 2) As a result of (1) I tried to uninstall and reinstall Bat but uninstall would not work! I deleted all the files I could find and then reinstalled. It was a messy install and whilst the Bat is now working I have no templates for my mails. I'm running Windows XP. Any ideas folks?
