Interesting quirk if you use this to transfer to a folder that isn't
under any accounts - say you have one called 'Friends' - is that the
identity of that folder is (initially) blank.  This can be interesting if you have
different users - it seems to pick the first name out of the drop-down
list for From and Reply-To - possibly awkward and embarrassing when
you reply to an email in this folder. :)
