I'm not certain but here are a couple of ideas:

1) log in to the primary account. That may be the Administrator.
2) If not, try one of the other accounts.
3) If all else fails, restore from the last backup. (what do you mean
   "what backup"? <g>)
4) Desperate measures : delete account.cfg and reconfigure
   *everything* in the account properties. Okay, so perhaps "rename"
   it rather than delete it - just in case it goes very pear shaped.
