I inserted the following and it seems to be doing the trick.  With my
tests, it picks up the correct first name when there's an AB entry in
any form; when the TO: syntax reads "lname, fname" <email> [with
quotes], regardless of whether the recipient is in the AB; and when
the form is fname lname <email>, regardless of whether the recipient
is in the AB.

   %ABToFirstName="%TOFNAME",

Is there an IF statement that would be better?
