You can move them (one at a time) to another account (Press Ctrl-Alt,
while dragging it), but you can't copy them.

In case you want to copy the full folder structure to another (empty)
account. Close TB and copy the account.flx from the source to the
target account-directory. On starting TB will create the folders.

I'm just realizing that you can do the same with folders. Close TB and
with the explorer copy the necessary subdirectories to the target
account. (Each account is represented by it's own directory, the
default installation places them in c:\program files\the bat!\mail\)
Afterwards start TB and press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L with the tree panel
selected.
