There's no separate web module, nor any need for the extra resource
use.  The "Amon" module, which is the real-time scanner, can be set to
scan any combination of the following file events:  open; execute;
create; and rename.  Those should cover Internet downloads as well,
particularly if the option to scan archive files (such as .zip files)
is enabled.

Any of the better "antivirus" programs scans for more than just
viruses.  They scan for malicious code; some of those codes are
viruses; some (a lot) are worms; and some are trojans.  There are
those who will say that a trojan scanner is a good backstop defense to
run along with an AV program.  If you're interested in that, you might
check out TDS.  Others have decided that the resource usage is too
great a price to pay when you can have a good "AV" program and a good
firewall, and thereby keep both an effective perimeter and an
effective code-killer.
