Hi Bats, I'm having a bit of a problem getting this to the list - why, only the deities know - so if it shows up twice, please accept apologies.
Here's the problem. My partner's changed machines to an XP machine. The Bat! somehow didn't bring over the dictionary, so at Allie's suggestion, we downloaded the dictionaries. Here's the relevant email today: >> Ok. When I downloaded the international language pack, it didn't >> give me a choice about installing American English, so I >> installed British English, French, German and Spanish. They >> installed fine. >> >> When it then reloaded Bat, the automatic spell checking option >> was still grayed out, but now I had a choice of the new >> languages. So I selected British English. Now, no spell checking >> is occurring, but when I go back up to the Speel Checker option, >> but American and British English are grayed out. Looks like the *speel* checker isn't working for sure! Any thoughts I can pass on? - -- Thanks, mm mailto:mmeister@;sprintmail.com ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
