Save message as draft, select drafted message, go to Tools - Export -
.msg file. Save it to a convenient location. Open in your favourite
editor, modify the lines, reimport the message (Tools - Import - .msg
file) and delete the original. Open, and hit the send button. Bit of a
hack really ;)
