Yes, this is what I do.

Like this one I use

 ,----[ One line ]
 | C:\WINNT\system32\runas.exe /profile /user:workgroup\dummy
 |   "C:\Program files\The Bat!\thebat.exe /nologo /U:thoenges"
 `----

to execute the "other" The Bat!, which runs under user
dummy's account.
