I disagree - and this isn't just a theory. The line above is from
the *other* macro - not the one that *sends* the spam but the one
that picks up the reply from SpamCop and follows the "process now"
link in your browser.

If the *other* (submit) macro is working and it didn't before then
you've changed something else, nothing to do with the line break.
