As we had discussions here about how to react to spam, I thought I lot of
you might be interest in this article:

If anything it is a clear case in favor of not reading HTML with your
browers because, <quote> Eight out of ten spam e-mails contain covert
tracking codes which allow the senders to record and log recipients’
e-mail addresses as soon as they open the message.</quote>

Please read this also if you want to fake a bounce.
