It is not a problem in TB. Threading by reference, as some one else has already said, uses the References: header line (that is why is called threading by _reference_) and also the In-Reply-To: line. There are some e-mail clients that do no include these header lines as default (or not at all) and so TB has no way of finding out to which message (Message-ID) someone replied to. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
