It's under [Info} Send/Receive drodown. Heh... fancy that... They have two menus with the same options, the second one having an additional option. Although I can see why, they're trying to build a tree to match the list of menus based on what you get when you do certain things. I only looked under the system tray pop-up... Didn't think to go any further as I'd have assumed they'd be mapped to the same functions. Which would be a logical assumption I guess... "Send for all accounts" should be the same whether it from the system tray, or when you are reading a mail...
