Hi If you really have to send the e-mail as HTML, then using whatever tool or editor you want, do the mail text and format it as a regular web page. Rename it to 'message.htm'. Send it attached to an e-mail from TB!. As a courtesy, include a text only version of the e-mail in the regular text area.
Most mailers will automatically jump to the HTML version of the message if they support it (including TB!).
