-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello,
I have a growing message base in The Bat! at just over 500MB. Many messages (with attachments) are important but rarely accessed and others are a useful reference; e.g. mailing lists. Presently, I delete mailing list messages after 180 days. Also, I prefer to keep my frequently changing documents, which includes my mail folders under 700MB so it fits on a single CD-R. How do you archive? Is any additional software necessary or recommended; e.g. Mailbag Assistant. Can I automate archiving? For example, instead of deleting old messages can they be transferred to the archive? Advice, tips, suggestions etc. very welcome. It's important that I can access the archive with a minimum of fuss.
