I purchased the paragon product yesterday after email there tech support as
to the sutability of my application (win2kserver)  received an email the
next day. Ordered it and used it 1 hour later I had a 76 Gig partition on my
server and all my data intact (I had a 2048 meg previously).

not bad for my $50 bucks!
