Is it that you wish to delete entries in the drop downlist: Hit the little arrow to display the drop down list, use the down and up arrow keys to navigate the entries, then hit the delete key to delete entries. Or is it that you wish not to use the entries in the drop down list for autocompletion: Go into Options//Preferences//System Tab and for the autocomplete option, use an option that doesn't include History, like "All Address Books" for instance. - -- -= allie_M =- | List Moderator _ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP SDK 3.0.2 iQA/AwUBPy+o31fJ62ArBxfiEQJNqwCeLJDFpxViZuKQoL6XhZ0ITUCSzW0AoJXX YGrahsUuEpCIv98zchF3MQ4R =boq+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.62r | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
