Not from the vCard. But if you add yourself to the AB, you can take
the details from there. Check out the %ABnnnppp macros in the
helpfile.

I use AB templates. In the AB templates, however, I have
quicktemplates, so that for example all AB templates for mailing lists
add the sig by way of %QInclude="mlsig". If I want to change my sig, I
need to do that only in the QT called "mlsig".
