I've found that for new messages, if you change the From address by
way of account-level template, TB will use the domain of the address
in the macro, rather than the domain from the account properties. If
you use the From macro on folder level, TB will use the domain from
the account properties for creating the mid.

For replies, OTOH, TB will use the domain from the account properties
in any case.

A bit messy, the logic. Also, I would like to see an option to make TB
generate the mid from a given domain. I have my own FQDN, but it's
just too much hassle to make TB use it (but that hassle is necessary
for the usenet). I would also like an option in TB to not create a
message-ID, so that the receiving server will create one.
