No - if no messages are stored in the inbox and all messages are
moved to a TBUDL folder by a filter as they arrive then all
threading will remain intact and the inbox will remain empty.

An inbox has different pressures than a mail storage folder. It is
used as a transit for any messages to that address. Albeit, the
entire account in this instance is dedicated to TBUDL, but the
principal remains that an Inbox does have different pressures from a
mail storage folder.
