If you are advanced user and know about registry you may try setting permissions for these registry keys: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.eml HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.vcf Right click on the key, click permissions, click advanced. Here you may select an user (e.g. users) and select the deny "Set Value" checkbox.
