TB!'s rewrap engine will reflow the quotation assuming that the quote
prefix is the part that is common to all the quoted lines. In this case
 it's '>>>'. This is as a result of a prior quotation messing up the
flow of text.

You'll have to make a manual adjustment for that, i.e., insert 'MK>'
before the word 'and' in the second line and then doing the reflow
operation.
