So there's no reason why Mygate can't use 110. Nonetheless, my previous
suggestions for each port will suffice if they're not already in use.

Before you go any further, set up an account on TB! to read news from
localhost:1110. If that work, then proceed with SpamPal.

If this isn't set then Mygate and SpamPal won't be able to communicate
with each other. I think there may be good reason why you can find an
option to set this... there isn't one. If I recall correctly you specify
this information from TB! when connecting to SpamPal. You have to add
something like '@127.0.0.1:1110' to your user name in TB! account
settings.
