This is straight from FM's FAQ - it's a one-off set up.. "To forward all email as soon as it arrives, click Options, and then Define Rules. Enter the email address to forward to in the 'Forward to' field, choose whether or not to delete the original from FastMail.FM using the checkbox, and click 'Add'.
