You have to start from the screen whose title is "TheBat!" (See the
attached .jpg file.
I can't find the "Options | Network and Administration" set of
options, even now that I upgraded:
  I'm using The Bat! Version 2.10.01
I'm using Version 2.10.03, and it works for me (see the attached .jpg
file). I know it's a pain, but perhaps you should upgrade again.
