I was just wondering what the created column in the list of mail really mean?
Is it when the mail was created in the senders client? When the
message was created on the senders server? Or perhaps when the message
landed on my server?

When the message is sent to the Outbox for sending, a time stamp is applied. This is the creation time for the message and depends on the system clock on the senders machine.

Received time is the time the message was downloaded to TB! Currently you there's no column that will display the time the message was received by your server. You'll have to check the message headers to find what that time was.
