Thanks for the suggestion.  The Scheduler is very flexible and looked
like the ideal solution.  Unfortunately, it fails periodically after
sending outgoing mail.  The Scheduler simply stops functioning.

Oh well.  I guess the bugs still have not been worked out of it.
