The clues are there ... :-) . Open a reply or a new message and that
puts you in the Message editor. Once there, you can select "View |
Edit shortcuts". Once in that dialog, go for "Utilities | Insert
Quick Template". Now you can assign any shortcut keycode you like to
any QT. It's a peach!! :-D
