Hi, I get a lot of emails, to some of which my assistants reply. I thread messages by subject so that when one of my guys replies, I know that the mail has been replied and I move it. However some emails are forwarded and the bat shows fw: what ever the subject it. My assistant use outlook 2003. When they reply outlook removes the "fw" from the subject of the replied mail. Result is that the message is not threaded properly. Anyway around it. --
