Shai, I think this is a bug. It was happening to me a couple of weeks
ago.

My work-around--just a trial-and-error thing--was to go to my account
in The Bat!/MAIL/m.bull/ and delete the .tbb and .tbi files. This
completely clears the Outbox. If you close and re-launch The Bat!
after doing this (in your Account name, not mine, of course--"m.bull"
will not be on your machine), The Bat! will set up new, clean .tbb and
.tbi files.

This worked for me. I haven't had anything stuck in the Outbox since I
did it.

Another thing you might try is to delete all your The Bat! temp files.
If there are too many built up of them (TB! makes a new one every time
it needs it, as a sort of automatic swap thing) this can cause strange
behavior also.
