Thanks to all who pointed out how to delete an account. My actual problem was that I was signed in using a group which did not have administrator rights. The group was a normal user group which, apparently, did not have the ability to delete accounts.
Once I signed on using a group with administrator rights, the Account->Delete option appeared on the menu. Again, thanks to all! Rick -- The next greatest place to heaven on earth?
