Unfortunately you have to create filters for each folder, but it
shouldn't be too hard to do.

Let's assume that your email address is [EMAIL PROTECTED]
1. Copy the New Message template you're now using into a Quick
Template called "NewMsg".
2. Copy the Reply template you're now using into a Quick Template
called "RpyMsg".
3. Copy the Forward template you're now using into a Quick Template
called "FwdMsg".
4. Set up folder templates for each folder. For example, the New
Message template for folder "1" could be:
%QINCLUDE(NewMsg)
%FROM=""%FROM="Cory_1 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"%-
Set up the Reply and Forward templates in a similar manner.
5. Set up an outgoing mail filter for each folder. The outgoing filter
for folder "1" would look for "Cory_1" in the SENDER and it would
move the message to folder "1" .
6. Once you've set up the templates for folder "1", copy them into
folder "2" through "n", changing Cory_1 to Cory_2, Cory_3, ...
Cory_n as appropriate.
