Yes, TB reads ("mailto" threads) from headers. If there is any then it
is shown in "Special" menu. If there is no one, then the menu is
inactive.

One of such headers is:

List-Help: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

for "Get Help".

If you switch to some Yahoo group you'll see that menu completely
inactive, since Yahoo servers are (dis)organized in a different way.
