Hello!

Is it possible to configure The Bat! in such a way that if there is
a mail message signed with an unknown OpenPGP public key, it
automatically creates and sends a GET 0x........ message to a
keyserver using mail interface ([EMAIL PROTECTED],
for example)? Such a thing might be a big help for those who cannot
  download keys the normal way.

I am not sure how such a thing might be implemented, but I know that
GnuPG does support getting keys from the mailto servers.
