The trick on the laptop is using the right key combination to get the * on the numeric keypad as opposed to simply SHIFT+8. On my Dell laptop, the numeric keypad is accessed by pressing a "Fn" key combination. Numeric keypad * is Fn+0, so to expand all threads I use Ctrl+Fn+0, and to collapse all threads I use Ctrl+Shift+Fn+0. Since Ctrl, Shift and Fn all meet at a single point on my keyboard, I can select Ctr+Fn and Ctrl+Shift+Fn with a single finger, which is very convenient. -- Robin Using The Bat! v2.12.00 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.12.00 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
