I just filled out a Refund Claim form over at element5. According to element5, "refunds must be approved by the software publisher. Upon receipt, we will forward your refund request to the software publisher who will then authorize the refund within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed immediately, and will be confirmed by e-mail".
