Hi I've currently set my quoting when I reply to messages to be initials. This means that if I'm replying to Joe Bloggs, the quoted text looks like:
JB> This is text that JB> Joe Bloggs wrote A user of Agent tells me that if I use this format, Agent doesn't highlight the quoted text.
