Kinda backwards there .. plaintext may increase the size by .2% vice
200%

A pure plaintext message may be 1K
The identical message in HTML would be over 4K (am being conservative)
An as both plaintext/HTML  it would be 5K.

At work I proved a point with a 15K email... I stripped out
the HTML garbage and resent the same message at 3K.
