Hello Alexander,
I try like you suggested. To erase everything and then restore the backup via a fresh Bat! installation. But unfortunately the same error with the folders still occurs, even if i try it that way. So if you are unsure how to solve this problem further, then maybe we let it just be as it is, because as long as i have a virtual d: drive mounted, it is no problem. But i wonder what the heck is the cause for this all, and the only bad thing is that everytime windows change the drive names, i have a little reminder of this trouble :) I don't know if that is a hint for you, but two things are also wrong with my installation, i think they occur later and have nothing to to with the order problem, but maybe they are connected in someway and it helps you: the first is that the settings for 'Keep Message in the database'/'Maximum numbers of stored messages' has stopped working at some point. It worked fine but stopped working and now it no longer keep the message folders clean, even when i compress the folders. and the second thing is that i cannot change the width of the 'subject', 'from', 'received', bar and this has also occur at that time when the problem with stored messages occurs. - The column setting is set to order specific but... hey wait, sorry i just found out that since i make this new installation it now works, so already one of my problems is solved :) Maybe that is a hint for you, and if not then don't mind, i can live with it by the way i have a question for the message Attachments folders in general -The Bat has the function to keep the messages attachments in a separate folder, but when i restore the mails from the backup (backup saved with the function, that the attachment should be included in the messages) they are of course again in the mail and not in the separate folder - is there a way to make the bat to separate them again, or is it just possible when the messages are received? Thanks for your patience and Have a great time adrian ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.00.00 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
