Typically no one gives such explanations. Unsophisticated users cannot give them; sophisticated users are too lazy to give them (because they prefer to guess what's wrong), and become indignant when anyone suggests that their "educated guesses" may not be correct. That's exactly how the unsophisticated users sound, so it's hard to tell them apart.
