Okay. I don't have any such filter set up. My filters are all
straightforward for moving messages with certain addresses in To or
From fields to a folder.

In re the position of "Recycle Bin" file within the TB! directory: I
first looked in C:/Program Files/The Bat! and finding no such entry
there, looked further under my Account names and under MAIL. Just
nowhere, of course, did I find this Recycle Bin file because I had not
created such a filter.

Good. That probably will solve any problems you were having.
