I've been trying NEO at work with Outlook on Exchange and it's very good at organising your mail... but that's all it does. No filtering, templates etc. you're back to using OL for that. But TB! can do pretty much everything NEO does and some _and_ with IMAP support. It's just a case of sitting down and working out the best way to do things. For example, I have quite a lot of virtual folders with tabs for Date, Files, Labels, and People under the folder tree. These include hot contacts, today's mail, yesterday's messages, this week, last week, attached documents, images, important messages, flagged (to do), valuable (parked messages) etc. And colour groups aren't that different to Outlook categories. In fact, I'd rather use TB! at work. Hopefully, future releases of TB! will come with some wizards to optionally set-up 'standard' virtual folders during installation. Also, a few predefined colour groups would be nice, especially for sent mail.
