I have a new template that automatically inserts the first name and a comma at the top of the message. I'd like to modify it a bit. If the recipient has a prefix (ex: Dr.) I want to have their formal name (ex: Dr. Smith) rather than their first name. I don't see a macro that allows me to query on the prefix. Is there any way to do this?
