It was the pair of templates that the List recommended to ensure that any quoted text is automatically wrapped on the TBFAQ macro library: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/Library.html#rewrap and I thought had served me well before, shown at foot of this email. So have now simply put %QUOTES and this should be just fine.
