IIRC, it involves getting the rest of the world to STOP using MS Outhouse / Express! It is the quote mode / editor used by default in that garbage that is responsible for inserting white space characters in messages and replies. TB! merely responds to what it receives. Am I remembering this correctly? I know I have to MAJOR-LY edit quotes from ALL OUTHOUSE generated messages before sending. Then there is the useless WINMAIL.DAT attachment, but that is yet another story...
