When you reply to Mica's message (which is in KOI-8R) with the standard "MicroEd" (plaintext editor), everything is correct (well, almost - one character is wrong when quoted, as pointed out by Edvinas). When you reply to Edvinas message (which is in UTF-8) with MicroEd, you get the questionmark gibberish. When you reply using the Windows Editor (plaintext), or the HTML editor (with alternative plaintext), it works. Question to Edvinas: are you using the Windows Editor by default?
